Das anybody knows where this come from and what it is, is look similar to a 019 inside, they say it comes from a vw.

It's not a VW distributor.

Bosch made distributors for many makes and the Alfa, VW, Porsche, Volvo, NSU and others look the same but have drastically different curves.

Just because it "fits" doesn't mean it will work correctly.
