Hey guys ,here in this video you can see a friend of mine racing in the right hand lane .He told me that it was a quarter mile and runs at this pass 15.8 sec. and shifted into the third gear ,in front of the finish line .I could not believe this .This bug have 2.0 Type 4 engine with 120 hp turnes around 5.5 grands of rpm. When i imagine that my oval actually runs 12.94 on the quarter mile with 164 hp and is turning about 5600 in the fourth gear.So what do you think.

I think he's shifting into 4th at the finish, not 3rd.

If so, that is a SLOW 1/8 mile.

My bug was dynoed with just over 120bhp and runs mid 15 sec quarter miles, so I think the time sits right for a 1/4 mile pass. Although that video makes the track look short.

But you do the run without standing three seconds at the start line, otherwise he told me in the second run he drove 12.4 and that is not possible for a guy that started dragracing for the first time with only 120 hp.

If he was sat with the clocks running, then I agree it is not likely that the track is 1/4 mile.
