Selling Ovalholio --- pulling most of the go fast stuff off it -- I've got a chance to pick up a stocker engine and trans for $750

Is the '56 worth more with a engine installed and running with the stocker --- (will I get the investment back by installing the engine and selling the trans outright?)

Or should I just sell it as a roller and not have any of the hassle?Huh?

If it drives, the potential buyer can take it for a test drive, hand over the cash and take it home. Without engine and gearbox they can only guess at how it drives, have to sort out a trailer, get some friends to give a hand lifting it on and off the trailer, all the hassle which would put off the casual buyer!
