Just want to give a shout out to the Bergs for processing some work done very quickly. Thanks to Tim and Alister for processing the work and Mark and Rich for getting the work DONE! And sooner than expected.  And VDub parts for quick orders and dropping off and picking up parts at Bergs. Way beyound the call of duty. Thanks to all guys! Goes to show how the VW industry can work together.

In December the week before Christmas I took my daughter and her kids to Disneyland as a Christmas present.  Had a great time.  On Tuesday afternoon I dropped off a Berg 69mm counterweighted crank to have it mated to a lightened flywheel.  I had the crank for many years and never purchased a flywheel.  The crank was ready for me to pick up on Friday.  We were heading home and Dee met us at the shop and I picked up my crank and flywheel.  Great service.  I thought I would have to have them send to me after I got home.  Saved shipping charges on some heavy parts.

i live in henderson, las vegas now but always head to so cal to get my parts ! friday i stopped at tmr ( thanks ted aka racecraft for the info) loyd was very patient and helped me get all my fitting and hose needs taken care of! saturday after octo i swing by vee dub parts unlimited and picked up a small cb part they guys were great and happy to find out what i was working on. monday was the worst day weather wise but great people wise, my first stop was clyde bergs shop for a breather box with an8 fitting , which clyde rushed to get to me so i didnt have to pay shipping on. clyde even asked if i was headed home right then, i said yes and clyde told me to be careful. next up was berg for my linkage, they didnt have any in house but offered to run to the platers to see if he was done, now my linkagae is on order and im fine with that. then last stop was a1 to pick up my old muffler from tiger and check on my new header and muffler ( will be done end of the week). once again i could have shipped most of these things but the face to face service and the little insights are what make the drive worth it! so cal vw people rock !  Grin Grin
