Just wondered what happened at this event as I did not see any reports and if there are plans to run it again next year?

Well I was there and it has potenial for something great.

The weather was great but the turn up was disappointing. There was only about 5-8 vw's racing.

Regarding next year I do do not know what will happen...

That is a very nice track and i would like to go there next year one time ..
may be we can get some more to come

Hi all!
Yes - it might have been a bit disappointing as to the number of cars in the event, but for us racing it was as good as ever with the track being in perfect condition! A lot of time to do runs during qualifying. It was only Jan Larsson in the power added class, but in NA we had a full 8 car ladder in elimination. I qualified #1 with a 6,66@161km/h and a 1,38 60 foot - so good traction. For me, unfortunately, I had a low olipressure warning light coming on after the burnout in the semi and I of course turned the engine off - was really no problem, just the "regular" low pressure after burnout, but I didn't know so... To see the times from qualifying, click the link and scroll down a bit. But as I said, the track is very good and the atmosphere top of the line! I would think, and I hope, that they will run this event next year too!
