I´m selling my Ghia from 03.1966 , special model Pigalle lotuswhite .
The tags are :

Fuchs wheels in 4,5x15 with 165-15 tyres , 5,5x15 with 185/65 Vredestein Sprint Classic
Porsche 944 disc brake with MBT adapter , 
Kerscher rear disc brake  ,

wow. i always assumed pigalles and teaks were a type3 thing only (fastback, square back, type3 ghia), not even notchbacks so it seems, but a type 14 pigalle is indeed something special. you learn something every day. so did it have the red dash from factory?

The special models there were in 1966 as type3, Typ34 and Type14.The dashboard is original VW!

beautiful car, something special indeed.

as a sidenote. your car is built in march 66 and most pigalle and teak models i know are built in the first production months of the series (which means late 65), so again that is a bit different, but i have learned there are more then one of these 'abnormalities' in vw's history. always cool to learn more about them.
