Complete 2110cc (82x90.5) engine for sale.

The engine is in parts and has not been assembled, the parts were collected in the period of 2010-2011. 90% of the parts are brand new in their original boxes.
Reason for selling is that i dont have a garage at the moment as we moved to an apartment in the city, and i also have less spare time these days.
The engine was meant for a road racing 1303s, so the parts have been chosen for high revs and good lubrication under higher G-loads. There are some smaller things to be done before assembly, the block needs to be clearanced for the larger crankshaft, i have started this operation, but it is not complete. And also the blueprinting and measuring of all clearances is still to be done for final assembly.

There are parts for more than 10k USD in this package, i would of course prefer to sell everything as a complete package, but i appreciate that that might take a while, so i have also included prices on smaller sub-packages. Prices are OBO, if you have another idea, let me know and i will consider your offers. Thanks!


Case:    New original AS41 brazil case, bored for 90,5/92mm cylinders. Drilled for full flow, adapter for return mounted. Clearancing for larger crank has been started, not completed though. Prepared for dry-sump. Pauter Machine sump plate as the return to the dry sump tank. 700 eu
      
Crankshaft:  CB Performance forged 4340 crank, 82mm stroke, vw journals
                   CB Performance 5,4" 4340 forged rods, vw journals.
                   Lightened original flywheel, resurfaced, 6-pins.
                   CB Performance copperhead disc.
                   CB Performance 5.25" pulley for dry sump.
                   CB Performance oversize gland nut, cr-mo.
                   CB Performance cam gear, straight cut, steel
                   CB Performance racer spacer.
                   Balanced together and marked accordingly.
         
Small issue: different pin pattern on the crank and the flywheel means that i had to grind one of the pins off the crank, so this needs to be replaced and the flywheel pattern changed, or just run with it like it is. 850 eu

Cylinders:   Mahle 90.5x82 mm forged cylinders and pistons, CB Performance tool steel pins, light!. 230 eu
  
Heads 1:   CB Performance Competition Eliminator, 42x38mm valves, K-800 springs. Bored for 90,5/92mm cylinders. Not ported. Titanium 42mm intake valves included, not mounted. Titanium retainers included. Manifolds for injection included, IDF flange. 1000 eu
Heads 2:   Original heads, welded and ported, 42x37.5mm valves, bored for 90,5/92mm cylinders, new dual springs and retainers available, not assembled. The seats need to be grinded, leaking. Weber IDF manifolds included, matchported. 330 eu

Camshaft:   Engle FK-87. 120eu
                  Engle K-8, lobes are polished and deburred. 120eu
                 Both cams are brand new in box.

Rockers:   Pauter machine, 1:1.3 roller rockers, blue, deburred shafts. 400eu

Oilpump:   Autocraft, 2-stage dry sump pump (bought used from leif nyström). 275 eu

Throttle bodies:   50mm Throttle bodies w. fullradius stacks, weber IDF flange, TPS sensor. Hex linkage included. 500eu

Injection system:   Megasquirt MS-II v.3,57, all sensorers included for installation, only thing missing is the trigger wheel. EDIS ignition. widebandlambda incl. bosch sensor and hardware frome 14point7.com 400eu

Misc:         -New 95amp generator from veedubparts. 200eu

                -Copper shims for the heads, 90,5 mm, 1mm (0.04”) thick. 10eu
                -Cylinder shims, 90,5 mm, 1mm (0.04”) think. 10eu
                -Main bearings, 3 sets, std-std, Mahle.
                -Rod bearings, vw journals, std-std.
                -Cam bearings, Dual thrust, std-std.
                -Weber 44:or i parts available, converted to throttle bodies, but all original parts are available also. Hex linkage included.

-All the little bits and pieces needed to complete the assembly is also available/included.

Gearbox:      Porsche 901 5-speed trans from -69, rear beam included.

This ad can be removed, i have decided to build the engine instead, so not for sale anymore!
