Travelling frequently to Germany for work sometimes has its advantages.....

Picked up a copy of Elapsed Times (international press section at 12EUR!!!!) with the Last Ramcharger on the front... Page 44 has a story called "Remembering Lions Drag Strip.... And the night the music died" Night racing startling shot with Lightning Bug 2 just behind the burnout box, with a blurry view of another bug getting the holeshot on a V8. Cool photo.

I wish I had been there. 

In addition, the three part DVD by Don Gillespie about Lions is a must see.  Unfortunately, no coverage of our kind in it, but the footage is still boss.
