So I'm going to be putting a 1914 (40/35.5 044 round ports, 120x1.25 rockers, counterweight crank, heater boxes, header, all the goodies) in my bug here in the next few months, and I've picked up a pair of 44 IDFs for it. I've been wondering mostly about the jetting and venturi sizes, especially since I live at about 5000 feet above sea level and have been known to drive up to around 8000 feet on occasion. I'd love some ballpark advice on jet sizes and related things, keeping in mind that I'm new to webers and will be running (initially) a small-ish exhaust.

My car is what it is, maybe not Cal Look per the books, but it's more than most.
