This is in nice condition for its age. No rips etc... still pliable NOT brittle you can actually put things in it and fold the flap etc....It's not perfect but it's nice. Very hard to find I know I look everyday for this stuff and this is like the 3rd one that I have found since I started hoarding/collecting thats NOT torn up to shreds.
