looking good.
What about armrests? do it or leave it? My car is a 72 but i don't like the look of these young armrests. is there a possibility that I use older models? Are the holes in de door panel the same?

I am planning to fab up some type of armrest in the future. I have put early armrests on later cars, you just need to fabricate a small bracket on the door. Look at how a early car is set up and you will see, its not hard.

It is Ford truck/van fabric. It was used from the late '70s to the early 90's I think. It really goes well with the grey vinyl and German square weave carpet.

You could use Empi door pulls? Or something period - I use Rover P6 ones in my bug.

yeah, I'm planning to use a set of empi doorpulls but then the problem is when I completely remove my armrests I have holes in the doorpanels...
So I'm looking to replace them with a nice 60-ies model...
