Complete system as pictured excluding the heat exchangers. The header was built by Turbo Thomas and is 42mm stainless throughout. O2 sensor mount fitted, bung installed. The mufflers are CSP duals (251 001 238D), modified slightly to pull the mufflers a little further under the car (about 30mm reduction at the flange). Notice how the runners for #2 and #4 kick out and down:- so you get clearance for the air pipes to the heat exchangers and clearance between the header and the rear apron. Includes the gasket for header/muffler, muffler brackets and rubbers and u-clamps for the heat exchanger/j-tube join. Zero mile system - only trial fitted.

Check it fits:- the system was intended for my 1972 1200 but didn't fit as the flange was too high for my car. I am fairly sure it's my car being weird (and a measuring fail) rather than anything else. So measure! The highest part of the flange is 197mm below the top of the upper head studs. The flange is 250mm behind #2 exhaust port.

List price for the duals was 299 euro and the header cost me a little under £400. Asking £500.

I live pretty close to Shakey (Cheltenham), so if you're going to the UK Cal Look Drag Day this weekend I can bring it. I can post this if need be, but it's a big weighty item. Can ship to Newbury or Rayleigh areas (in the UK) for nothing, but could take a few weeks.
