Good evening guys,

First a short introduction. I am Mark, and after owning a 69 1300 sedan for approx. 18 years now, I started a new project 1,5 years ago. A 1970 1500 convertible. The bodywork, painting etc of the car is done, and at the moment I am working on the engine.

Unfortunately the original engine is gone, but I found another (bit older) 1500 H code engine for it. Just for looks and a little bit of extra horses I started to look for a pair of 34 pci carburators, and I came across a used kit made by TDE. It came with the original filters, which would be very nice to reuse, but did anyone ever restore/clean those? Some advise would be welcome. Cheesy

Some pictures of the air cleaners:

Thanks, kind regards Mark
