Having seen DKK_Fred's for sale ad for a late Notch I wanted to ask the following.

I know 2 examples of a cl-look late Type 3 and both are in Europe. The first is obviously KS's orange Fasty and the other is the grey Fasty with Corvair power from DAS in Belgium (see below). I have also kind of started cal-looking my late Notch (the other picture below). Mine is a "standard" model (1600A) so it has no moldings already from factory.

The question is, how would you modify the late Type 3 for cal-look? Especially the turn signals etc.

It looks like you're well on your way to cal look notch. Now all you need is a Berg shifter, an EMPI GT steering wheel, a monster tach and a big engine with IDA's!

it already had a Speedwell steering wheel and Berg shifter in the picture (can't you see!?)  Grin Monster tach is on the shelf too, so all that is missing is the POWER...

well it looks OK with the white turnsignals, all late ghia's and type3's could be blessed with smaller turnsignals, that wouldn't hurt. but one thing you will need to change apart from the engine is removing the grandma blanket from the seats. looking at the reflection, you still seem to attract the wrong crowd  Grin Grin Grin
