The bug needs a repaint and rather than tear it down now and miss the show season with it, I thought I'd have some fun and sign write it up, then tear down & repaint at the end of the year...

Here it is now:


And the proposed signwriting (apologies if this is someones car off here, it was just a random oval bug pic off the net):

Signwriting or not, donīt miss the show season because the car maybe needs some paint!

got to agree with you there , if your car needs a overhaghl and you don't want to miss the show season why dont you try something old  Smiley like weld the trim holes up and the wet block the whole car over in 1200 showing a bit of original paint and primer here and there  Cool, not only will it look fresh for this season but you could pass it off as a bit of a barn find look and your ready for paint come autumn

I say go for it. It would be cool to age the signwriting and make it into a "barn find old race car" thing.
