Well after a VERY HARD 150 miles the other day it turns out I have SNAPPED my Urathane rear gear box mount  Shocked Like I have said before I do drive her HARD Wink Smiley

it was a reall pig to get her home the last few miles  Roll Eyes Smiley BUT my question is: Which mounts do I replace them with  Huh Huh Huh

- Stock Huh
- New Uranthane Huh
- Or even Solids Huh

I am not too fused about noise/vibration etc etc - its a Buggy after all   Cheesy Smiley

So what your opinion guys - let me know soon cos I have to get her fixed for EBI2  Shocked Smiley

Cool cheers dude I was thinking about going back to stock/heavy duty style from VW Heratige - the Urathane ones are also a BITCH to fit  Roll Eyes

Just better make sure I get High quality ones - not the type where the studs are too long and stop you getting the engine back in - DAM G&S Angry Roll Eyes Smiley

Forget solid mounts, I've just removed mine after 100 miles and gone back to HD mounts. Vibration was a bitch felt like my fillings were being shaken loose! Did my fooking head in! Grin

The yellow ones are even worse, i use stock/HD from Gerd Weiser combined with a Berg transmount.
