He guys,

I'm about to get my case machined for bigger cilinders and what to have it drilled for full-flow also. But now I found a Full flow adapter from CSP on their website. Anybody has any comments or experience on it?

http://www.csp-shop.de/cgi-bin/shop2/shop_main.cgi?func=det&wkid=38088212291&rub1=Engine&rub2=Oil+Filter&artnr=22198a&pn=0

It goes into the first oil plunjer.

ask Georg/DFL about it. he bought it and i think he is very happy with it. it can be a very cool thing to avoid machining and tapping galleries, but i haven't bought it myself.

It is a very cool piece of kit, but you loose the VW thermostat in the prosess. That first plunger directs oil to the cooler when the oil is hot.
The perfect set up for using this one would in my opinion be: oil pump > filter > external thermostat > oil cooler > CSP fitting... and loose the stock oilcooler.
I guess they made it for those who use Porsche cooling primarily

Hello JHU
it is the setup we also recommend
but
with our adapter you can NOT use the original oil cooler
original VW thermostat is removed
that is what we state

if any info needed, just let me know
