Had a nice Christmas dinner over at Allen and Sue Wiess' place last Thursday.  While the other guests were sucking up their pumpkin pie, I sneaked out to the garage for a peek at Allen's recently painted '67 racer...  As it turns out, the Lotus White paint laid on by the Medrano's will likely be their last paint job.  Ray says he's had enough.  Allen did a hell of a job at the track last year winning his PRA class and this very cool banner done by Mike Lawless. You should know by now to strip search Sarge before he enters your garage. Do like the celebrities do to the TMZ paparazzi.... bust up his equipment!

Allen,

That car looks a lot better than it did setting in my side yard.  Glad to see it get a nice coat of paint.  Congrats on all your success with the car too! It has sure progressed from a street car to an all out quarter-miler!
