Another passing of note!

Just heard from a friend that Mike Hess of DKP1 passed away yesterday at UCLA.  Apparently he had been on a transplant list for some time. 

If you have the April 1970 Hot Rod Magazine on page 128 there is an article about the DKP.  Mike Hess is in the back row to the right of Aronson leaning on his white car.  Mike's car is the dark early car with full bumpers. 

It would be nice to have some of the original members comment on Mike.  I did not know him, but I am sure many of that era did.

Sorry for delivering more sad news.
