Summer's just around the corner.... time to dredge up the old Surf thread. I had this sent to me today and thought I'd share....  These incredible images of waves were taken by a photographer of surf: Clark Little. He has dedicated his life to photographing the waves and has published a selection of the best images of his career. He captures magical moments inside the "tube", as surfers say. |

Meanwhile, back at the Wedge....

The Wedge was a place for the very brave and skilled to test their luck with Mother Nature. I remember one day in particular where the surf was estimated at 23 feet and broke over the rock jetty as in the video. There were only a handful of guys in the water and a huge crowd on the beach eagerly awaiting the next wipe-out.... unbelievable. Can I get a beer? The dirty,old wedge |
