Well...actually these pictures are of a car that is much different than when I owned it.  I would not even know it was my old car.  However, there are some details like the Racemark wood steering wheel that I installed, and the Racemex tach that ID it.  (also the black semiphore switch)

More pics can be found on the Samba, in the gallery section (my old split).  The current owner has just posted them.

Sure, it is a shame that its not exactly the way we want to remember it.  But think how amazing it is that this car still exists in any form.  Look at the fates of some of the other cars from the early days that we idolize.  I'm glad to see this one is still around after all these years, and owners.

Good to see Ed , some car's evolve as time and owners go by , its good to see your old ride survives still in cal trim with some choice bits from back in the day  Cool
