wiring in extra guages and stuff ??

the original loom in my 59 surprising good and unmolested, but......

.... what i'm unsure of is adding in my tacho, oil pressure & temp gauges, fuel pump ,pro-control, line lock etc

can this ALL just hook up into the stock loom or will i need to add in a new additional fuse panel   or anything like that?

wiring isn't really my thing

Make a new wire loom, add a small fuse box. Dont cut into your wire loom. It's realy  much better to add the new loom.
