Well as the title says guys I am looking for a GOOD auto electrician to make a couple of Looms for me one for the 66, one for the 68 and maybe a new one for my Bay if I get one
I am looking for someone to do a complete new looms in the original VW colours etc and with proper spade connector etc - You know what I mean A PROPER JOB!!!!!!!!!
So who have you used in the past? Links, email address's, Tel numbers would be handy

hey Lee,
here's number for a dude named John who is an auto electrician, i found him on the Volkstorque forum a while ago, he has street/strip fuel injected bug as i recall.
he has some good feedback on there.
i haven't actually used him , but his ball park figure for making a new loom for my car was about £250... and then around 2days work to fit it, i decided that i just didn't really want to go that far with it ......just wanted to add in a new 4fuse panel to hook up my extra gauges,pro-control etc etc....
anyway....might be worth giving him a call for a chat about it......John.....07966184636.

Also, he added all the autometer wiring in the loom also, so its all nice and neat

Cool thats good to know - The 66 dash will have 9 yes 9 vdo jet cockpit guages, oh and a couple of "idiot lights" and a vw interior light and an 8track player and........
I want the whole lot to look like an original "Factory" loom
