And if all is OK ,Rudy goes to Bitburg and try to increase slowly the boost .

Hi

Now we can connect a pc to the ecu .
Rudy has a trouble with a rev limit @ 6000 rpm .
I found the menu to set the rev limit @ 7500 rpm.
The rev limit is managed by coolent temp or oil temp .

Next stop Bitburg for DasDragDays 7 this week end .

Good luck to Rudy and his crew this weekend, I'm sure he can do an 8 second run! And good to know is that the track record 9.5 seconds is by Stian Larsen, so I think after the first run Rudy will have that record in his pocket!!! Grin

See you guys! Wink

It is a bit hard to judge from the sound of the movie, but the complete run was done reving and then slowing down, reving again, slowing down. All the way to the end of the track.  Undecided Sort of like vroooom-bwaah-vrrrooom-bwaaah-vrooom-bwaah-vroommmm-bwwwaah-vrrroom all with only half second intervals.

And still, look at that time  Shocked

Hi .

First run : slipping clutch ,then Rudy adjust the J&G.

Yes some trouble with injection table .
The injection table was set for C16/gazoline.
We try to adjust the a/f ratio with use of methanol .
And the track is not the best to set the engine ,we need a dynamic bench and monitor egt .

The direct cut is the benefit of ecu to protect the engine of lean failure .

The sunday's run we go richer and the last runs was more "beautifull" to see and less direct cut .

New car need some time for adjustment .

.
