I obviously don't know the correct name for this part, but it is basically a plastic "catch' that holds the seat belt upright in '67 bugs. It attaches to the "B" pillar on both sides of the car. Mine got lost several years ago while the headliner was out of the car. They didn't seem important until this weekend. I noticed several small chips in the paint on the lower part of the passengers door and discovered that my wife had been shutting the door with the seatbelt in the "down"position.  Angry
