i have a question
newbie time LOL
maybe DB or Rattocalone can help me (well im sure its been thought out by u guys, doubt i came up with sumthing)
is there, or would there be any drawback or benefit
in various "taper" on the induction system?
lets say from vstack entry to the carb entry (vstack's base) , the carbs inherent taper tract (including vents) to manifolds entry/carb base all the way to manifold base/headport entry ,
we have the usual offerings from the common aftermarket brands, and ofcourse GBE's manifolds
is there a limit to having too much taper?
======================================================
and lastly, having the carb at a specific height / distance from the back of the valve
is there any benefit to having the carb farther up from the back of the valve?
like better atomization? i know on efi's with injectors, having the injectors far back helps atomization and high rpm efficiency..
im not sure if carbs need it? or are they alot better in the "atomization department" ?
thanks Guys
