Yep... that's why when Mother Ocean unleashes her fury, you do NOT stand next to the shore or seawall. Unless you're paddling out. Standing there is more dangerous.

But that article doesn't surprise me in the least. Non-surfers almost always get hurt when the waves are up, like that.

Was watching the Mav's on the internet when that rouge wave hit shore. People have no clue on how strong and Big the waves can get.
