1.1 or 1.25 rockers...?

Basic build is this: 2017cc, Engle 125 cam, 42x37.5mm heads (Steve Tims Stage II's), 1-5/8" exhaust, 8.5:1 compression.
My question is what rockers to go with. I have two sets of stock 1.1 VW rockers in my garage, and am considering going with 1.25 rockers for the performance aspect, as I'm sure my heads would benefit from them. My question is how much additional benefit would I likely see with this combo, and would it be worth it? I've been more than pleased with my current 1776/Engle100/1.25 rocker combo, but was just curious as to how much additional performance the 1.25's would add to my bigger combo.

Also, what are recommendations for pushrod tubes? To date, I've run nothing but stock tubes... just curious if something additional is recommended for a bigger stroker engine.

Hey Ryan, go with 1.25's, ran that set-up myself on E125 and works very well, but NO BIGGER, I just dynoed my motor, had JC tubes on it and did not leak AT ALL. So I say JC tubes. A little pricey, but worth it.

X2 - 1.25s for sure.... those heads will be under utilized!
I just set up my geometry - 1915, 9.1:1 - 120 cam, Tims stage IIs, Scat 1.25s
The 1.25s actually measured 1.29 - I ended up with .512 of lift - I think coil bind was .650 or there about.
125 would be .522 - .539 range
It'll (the duration) move the power band up the scale a little bit, but that 78.4 stroke will still pull nice from the bottom.
X2 - JC tubes are worth it!
I had some push rod interference with stock tubes and the 1.25s

Thanks for the advice, all. Coil bind is something else I have a question on, and even though I'm nowhere near checking it (haven't even mocked up the bottom end yet) what is the proper way to check this and what does one look for?
