I have blocked one of the outlets of the regulator and my problem is that the pressure keeps rising all the way up to 15psi no matter of hos much I turn the pressure screw. I heard a lot of bad things about the Holley regulators - maybe my brand new one is not working.





Uless you have a flow you can't reduce the pressure. You have to make a return line to regulate this pressure
