I know a bit of UK history, owned by Simon@ The Paintbox, then sold to Russell Ritchie, some of the engine parts ended up in Pete Shattocks shopper engine in Lil Thumper Grin

Hi Lege, I take it you've got Type Magazine with the feature on it? A great feature with some really good photos, although not much in the way of technical detail.

hi guys...are we talking about the blue obsession from california?? if so..then perhaps I can help just a little/previous owned by jack Blankenship of DVB club fame/raced at bug in and drag days in the modified compact division with very little luck and lots of woes/ was parked for MANY years until I had the chance to represent the car for sale a few years back/noticed it had been spliced together from a prior accident?/wreck?/as the roof was changed at one point in time...nothing too special about the car other than roots history...had it for sale for YEARS with a very high price tag for what it was not too much more to tell but if i find any more info I will post for you.   cheers..!!  ps,very glad to see it in a good home....
