Cheers dude just wanted to know the good areas to look to move to, work wise and for a good style of living. I love the mountains and want to get into them even more but an hours drive from say the city sounds fine. Just any thoughts or veiws would be great...

A good Vdub club would be perfect Wink

Cheers

Well, the closer to downtown Vancouver you are the higher the prices. If you wanted to live downtown a condo of about 600 sq ft. will cost around $500,000. There are a good group of guys on the Airspeed forum and the DVKK VW club are a good bunch of guys with high calibur cars. The VW scene here is pretty good and the DVKK holds one of the largest VWcar shows in August called the great canadian VW show.
Good luck,Brian.

There are lots of areas within an hour of the mountains around Vancouver and throughout BC. Depends on what kind of work your after... The vw scene is killer all throughout Canada but seems strongest in Vancouver area. Shoot me an email if you need any specific info and see if can be any help...

Cheers,
Gavin
