No timeslips, unfortunately, I was too busy just clicking away on the starting line!  Both Lauffer and Calabrese were on fire, which I'm sure has been addressesd in other threads. Calabrese of course reset the Pro Mod record (8.25 at 177 miles per hour, I think?). Kris Lauffer broke in the final found, but he had a hell of a day. It's a good time to be following VW drag racing. :-) |

We were there swaping, at the top of the hill. I have never seen soo many swapers. Over a 1/4 mile long and 3 rows worth. We were an 1/8 of a mile from the end of the race track. Did not get any pictures, too buisy swaping.
