Excellent results Kevin!
Man, if I could get a 7,28 in the 1/8, I would be very low 11's in the 1/4.
How many rpm are you turning at the end of the 1/8? (sounds not even that much)

Hi, I have also followed you over the years and your progress.
What caught my eye teh fisrt time was your loaction, BC and Vancouver if I am not mistaken?
Used to live there even if long time ago. Wish we would have had internet in order to find you ACVW gusy during those years.
I was building a 2,7 T4 with Scat split heads in New Westminister.
Anyway, this is very impressing! Well done and nice to share it with us.

Vancouver is a very beautiful city, I am thankful to be living in such a wonderful place, we moved from Vancouver area a few years ago to a small town in the interior of BC close to a lake that is a vacation paradise.
Ran a 11.259 @ 120.48 yesterday. I think the engine is close to 6500 at the 1/8 mile. . Hopefully next time I will have video of a 10 second slip. 19 psi boost still
60' - 1.669
1/8 - 7.211
mph - 99.4
1/4 - 11.259
mph - 120.48

I must comment again, Fabtastic and it is rellay good for being a ACVW. Adding you singleport and stock transmission is , unbelievable.
Osoyoos? I did a lot of driving in both BC and Alberta so crossing the big pile of rocks took me around a little bit.
Enjoy it and be aware how lucky you lare, iving were you do.

Just checked it up and yes, I have pictures from 1987 (standing on a mountain side looking down on Osoyoos) driving with my parents from Regina westwards through Calgary and all that touristic stuff you do there and then south through Okanagan valley along the border through to Vancouver.
I had Customers in Kelowna so that took me ther quite often.
Sorry for OT. I just get so excited......about your car and were you live.

I am actually in Sicamous, 3 1/2 hours north of Osoyoos. I make the 3 1/2 hour drive to go racing there cause it is so much fun at that track. I am excited to race my car and try to get out whenever I can. Nothing wrong with old times, its fun to look back and remember.

Ok, can not brag about being ther but probably anyway because I have been in both Kamloops and Revelstoke so the brings me 99% likely through wer you live now.
Now you are adding more status to the story if you drive the 3 1/2 hour in each direction with the same car you race?
If yes, then I know why your gearbox is living thorugh this.
You are simply smoothing it through the gears and no crazy setup with Kennedy stage 3 and three puck?
Or do you trailer the car?

I trailer the car to the track, the tracks are so far away, 2 1/2 hours to the kelowna track, 3 1/2 to Osoyoos, 6 hours to Mission, and 3 hours to Ashcroft. and there is no body else from my area who goes to these tracks, so it would mean a tow truck to get me back. The car is insured, and I drive it to get ice cream from my favorite ice cream shop, thats all I drive it for on the street. Most of the time I do not do burn outs, even though I have done the odd one just for fun at the track so I atleast know how to do one in my car, I use the 5 1/2" wide slicks, and stock type 1 cv's so they would break before the tranny, but that didn't stop the stock 3rd gear from breaking this time. I have a stage 2 and 4 puck clutch set up, which the motor has powered through when the slicks hook up from a very hot track. I think this clutch set up is on the verge of not being enough.
The video below....the 1st run forgot to turn on the data logger with wideband moniter, so took it easy, second run was the 11.25 run 3rd run slipped the clutch, 4th run broke a cv joint off the line, there were other incar videos too but they were only .5 second long as I had to have hit the off button as I was pulling my hand away from the camera. I put in 9 runs that day and broke something on 3 passes. 2 cv's and 3rd gear. I had so much fun
