That's Hecker's '64 on Centerlines behind my car on Chariot's. This was Circa 1975 at Autohaus LaHabra.

Not Centerlines, but they are a "spin-off" of them!
Bought them at Chariot Wheel on Valley Blvd in about 1975. I watched them make some right there. Replaced all the bolts with button head allen screws so they would look more like Centerlines.
