We drove the car the other day with the temporary engine. It drives better than new. Because every detail on it has been rebuilt or replaced.

A few more little things to adjust and dial in, but we're happy with the results.

Very nice looking car, really like the way the brown paint compliments the black details such as the tyres, wheels and licence plate. You must be very pleased, now put some miles on it !

The 5.5 fuchs sit great in the arch, slightly surprised without a slightly narrowed beam Lee

Thanks guy's, As I think back on the coolest cars that made the biggest impressions on me, was Mark's "My Toy" black 68 and Dave McNew's 67 Bug. Both Magazine worthy and beautiful!!! and both had the bezels painted to match. Yes it's true that there were many amazing rides back then but those two cars stuck in my mind that had the most impact for me. Just my 2 cents.

I think back in the day we tried every possible combo and to be honest they all look good. I guess it's just a personal preference.
