Ignition key cylinder removal without the key MEXICO 1982

hi guyz..
i broke my key in to the hole and i have the steering lock!!!
the key don't turn... don't enter and i try to remove it broken piece but without result

how can do?
i have this 1979-ecc  piece:



if i don't have the key, and steering-lock how do i get the cylinder out?

please help me...
