Ive spent a bit of time on this here key pad a monitor tonight looking for a cool looking pair of 205 15 70's
Done all the searches and found horrible looking £59 cheepies to £260 michelin x coolness .
But what I'm really want is a old school looking tyre for reasonable pennies .
I know this is what we all want but has anyone had any luck in finding a nice street and track sticky tyre .

The wheels i've just bought came with some cool wide ovals but they are only 60 profile  Roll Eyes dooh ...

I have a mate that owns a tyre shop just round the corner from me,

I found an ok compromise, prob not old school enough for you?

Bridgestone Dueler HT's

They are from a CRV I think, a road 4 by 4 tyre basically,

they are £69 online, I pay £74 each for them from my mate but he fits and balances them for me too.

Have you tried Blackcircles.com? I used them when I was looking for tyres for my old bus, they were really good.

Try Jaguar Clubs in the UK.
The mid 90's Jaguar XJ Daimler Double Six was factory fitted with
205/70/15's and they looked pretty Vintage!

So if you gow down that route, I am sure they would have some tips for you!!

Cheers Stephan
