That's right, but that is in the summer.  Cool
The swapmeet is organized by a local v-dub club(kempense keverclub)
It's the season-opener here in Belgium(it's for the 14th time this year) for another great year of vw-shows.

Hello Dirk,

No,the engine is not yet even started building for real. Some introductary parts are done, but will have to get the crank/flywheel/clutch fine balanced.I have little free time at the moment so I will leave it for March.

Also,I need ignition, exaust, sump, and some other bits and pieces Smiley

When In got home today, there was a 1971 (I think) EMPI High Performance & Accessory Guide waiting for me. I have wanted one of these for a long time and I'm very happy with my purchase. It's got a lot of great pictures. It will occupy a place of pride on the shelf with my other EMPI stuff, Bug-In jacket and plaques and other pointless VW stuff thatI've collected over the years. Good stuff!

When you read the first few pages (introduction), it will say if its a 71.  might be another year.  but which one, you now have a puzzle to solve!

Wink  So many things I could say - I am in Singapore after all.

Web site is up and running and got my subscription sorted now.  That's what I love about the VW scene, it restores my faith in humanity.

Thanks Ian!
