...Cool seat you have now Matt,Doorpanel from Berni?...

Yeah, see you next week. I talked to Bernie a while back but since we didn't have seats we couldn't do much. Now though we can get it started. I don't like the idea of having card in a car so much so I think we're going to use a modern material for the panels and then cover it over if it can be made to work. Going to have the rear seat redone too, it'll look pretty close to stock hopefully, but not quite. Time to work out the details I guess...

Have to say the quality of the seats and the fittings are top. Going to have to do the same to the '63 funds permitting.

I always ship my parts to the US with global priority service, and I actually thought my shifter would be shipped with global priority as well.
Slight miscommunication. I would have been glad to pay the little extra as well, because I'm also a very "impatient" person. Grin

Zach, have you ever seen the old license plate frame that read "Support your local Police"?  They were popular with the street racing crowd in So CA during the 80's.  I've been trying to find one for years.... Grin  You'd see them on some of the fastest cars around. Wink

Thanks Smiley Its the motor in my GTV. I added the Santana pulley and the 010 I rebulit, but not re-painted (it now has a NOS brown cap, too). The sender was there when I bought the car, thankfully!!! Plan is to find a EMPI header and muffler and install it along with EMPI "Ram Induction Kit" (single Zenith NDIX, etc). Ill pull the motor then and detail and dyno tune it- I have good reason to belive that it has never been out of the car.

The stock motor with the 34 PICT and vacuum advance drove much better before the 010 install, but I can live with the hesitation Wink The 010 just looks too cool!!! Grin

About the fuel pump... unfortunatly I had to replace it with a Brazilian one Sad Correct me if Im wrong but, the later pumps are non rebuildable, correct?  If that is the case, Im looking for a NOS German fuel pump. I hate looking at that Brazilian crap in there.
