breaker breaker,
Congrats on the car. She looks very nice! The T Bars look great on the front end. I like my original 65 bumpers, but the T bars on that car look excellent! How does she run?

Thanks

Got this!
When I was 8 years old I purchased my first, which I still have, from the Toy Box at the mall in San Antonio ... paid $5.00 plus .25c sales tax.
Man was I excited!
When we got home I rushed in to join my big brother to race! The track had been set up for a couple weeks ... he would usually let me borrow one of his cars, but it was almost always the slowest of all, #7.
So I set it on the track and we go after it! One by one, each of his 4 fastest cars fell victim to the new VW. After beating him 3 times in a row with his fastest, a light blue '67 Camaro, he says, "Let me see that thing!" I obliged and he starts tinkering with it ... Well, it never ran as well again and would no longer beat the Camaro.
Actually though, the jokes on Him since I have all his original cars in the kit box on the top shelf in my closet ... waa waa waa waaaaa ....  Wink

This particular unit has never been raced and is still fastened in the box as they came, with the racing guide booklet intact.
Pretty cool, to me anyway.

We will have them available at Sacramento this weekend, and the VW Classic in a few weeks. They will be available on-line soon.. We are taking direct orders over the phone at our office, since so many have called.... The bulk dealers (VW shops) have all got theirs, IF they ordered them....
