I've try to make a video while driving my bug around. Just for fun.
So, engine is a 1600cc, VZ14 cam, midly ported heads with 8.3 - 1 CR and kadron. Gearbox is a verrryyyyyyy long AO coded one. It's a 3.875 with a taller 4th gear I think, that's why it looks lazy when climbing an up hill road.
Don't mind the gauges in the glove box that needs to be fixed for at least 2 year.  Roll Eyes

Very cool, Jean. Hearing your engine reminds me of how my orange '66 used to sound. I like the tall fourth gear, too. When I rebuild my transmission, I plan on a taller fourth, as well. I'm not going to ever race my car... it'll be built to DRIVE and enjoy.

Thanks for the ride!  Car sounds really good, and the scenery is very nice there.

I don't remember my Kadrons sounding that good.   Wink

Thanks you all for the nice comments.  Cheesy
I'm quite happy of the result. There is a bit more in the engine, but prefer keep it like that and don't push the rev too high as I use simple HD springs.
Lot's of torque for a small cc's, drive like a stocker up to 3000rpm and make some good power until 5000.
This gearbox is a blast on highway, but a bit long on back road. I believe 4th gear is a 0.89. It's not a racer, more a driver, so it's good to me.

To Fabian, really sorry dude, I've been busy all the time last past months with a lot's things to do, and with cold time coming, you know that I will be even more busy  Undecided You met my friend Jean-Philippe at DDday and he also said me that I miss you  Wink
