Time for another updated:

while waiting for some gearbox parts, I started on the interior:
fitted the sunvisors, doorpulls, glovebox doorpull, carpets and the seatbelts.

For the exterior, I fitted the bumpers.

And made some hardlines from the brakefluid reservoir to the mastercilinder.

Hi pupjoint

the brake fluid hoses are actually the blue ones, just the outher skin is grey. I think it looks better like this, don't like blue hoses on my ride...

Hi Karl
I didn't fix the harnesses to the floor, I attached them to the body near the OG seatbelt points.  I'll take some pictures tomorrow to show you how I have fixed them.

@ Karl and Danol: here are some pictures of the fxing points for the harnesses I've made. They are made from 5mm thich steel plates with a nut welded to them and secured the bolts with an extra locking nut.

In the meantime, I've made some progress to the interior.
Fitted up my doorpanel and did some things to the dashboard.

Also finished the gearbox with a GB Poor Mans Posi and mounted it back in the car.

And while detailing the Flat Fuchs for the bus, I've started detailing one of the Gasburners for the 67. I'm very happy with how the look alltough they are not finished yet.

Did some more things on the 67:

Must say I'm very pleased with the fit of the engine so far but it needs some adjustmenst to get it fitting better. The collector sits against the rear apron, some it needs some work.

Great looking 67!

Just a question, I'm in the process of fitting a CSP Torque Bar to my 67.
Just realized i need to cut the body inside the mounting point at the shock absorber on both sides to fit the kit.

Do you have any pics showing how you made the installation and solved this issue?

I have them to and I had to cut  Roll Eyes. I think there's a way to do it without cutting but I'm not sure.

I did have to cut a little piece out of the body. I'll try to take some pictures and post them on here.

Progress is a little slow 'cause a lot of little things seem the take ages to get them right.
The previous days, I made some changes to the exhaust so it won't hit against the rear apron. The fit is very good now.
I also made some brackets out of alu for the muffler.

hi Hans

I've allready had of lot dates set in my mind but I always failed to get the car ready, so I don't set myself a date anymore. I try to do als much as possible but I don't want to hurry into it. I just want to finish it to a high standard. We'll see when it's finished.

A car to be proud of, that's for sure!
If I have to say something: I've would have painted the brake callipers black or just stock metal color.
Ready for spa?

I was going to paint the calipers pink, but it wasn't available, too bad...
And yes, I am proud of the car. Hope to get it finished soon unless I want to add some more datials and start all over again...

Thanks for the comments. I'm glad you all like the effort I've put into the build.

As the sun was out all day, I've pushed the 67 out to see how things looked outside in the sun. Guess it's better to let the pictures speak:

.

Realized that the front has to come up a bit and maybe add some spacer at the back.
