Hey Nicolas, I didnt work on the motor yet, I still need to fabricate ALOT and buy some stuff... I hope its finished before EBI (it should ) scored an early rear subframe for it yesterday, will convert it to IRS; i think it will be stronger with the framehorns..

(i am trying to get those made if i take the trans out) and that will stiffen up the rearend as well. and if you keep it IRS you need to weld in the brackets OR you can use the top of the IRS frame and the bottom on the early one, then there is no problem with the fiddling and measuring of the brackets. enough about rearends and bottoms though

Very nice!
Indeed looks good like this, has a certain element of agression in it's stance. Start with the engine now, see how it handles and go from there. Early notches were known to lift their noses at speed, that's why the nose was changed to creaye more downforce. Let's see what this fat chick will do.

no rubbing in the back? alloys are 5.5 in the back? do you know the ET? I guess 5.5's are ET 45 ? I also would like to use 185's on my notch, but my sprintstars are 5.5 ET 34. is an IRS car wider then a sprinplate car?

Well, I decided, I will use a charge cooler, I dont like to have too many tubes and all that, but its smaller and i wont have to cut holes in the car... would like to keep it looking stock... so here it is: still need to order, but its not expensive at all, and i will use an electric waterpump from a merc that i found for 15 euro
