Where do you find someone who can drill that??
They get drilled on a lathe.  It's not difficult, it's just slow going.

Oh course, I suppose it's just finding a man with a lathe and a bit long enough...

  and a bit long enough...
That's easy.  You take a regular drill and weld a piece of bar stock on the end.

trial assembley today to see if i can use a tape measure  :whistle:

brakes on









its close but fits Smiley

Water injection an NOS sytem fuel line out of harms way

I set the end float to 4 thou today i got fed up trying to pull the flywheel off with a bar so i made puller so that made it easier



pulled out



pushed in



fitted the clutch and torqued that down, now to fitt the release fork on the g50 you have to take it out



by removing this pin



 and i taped it on to the fly wheel like so



popped the engine into position



and re-fitted the pin





so the engine is now mated to the gear box at last Smiley







and what do you think to my air filter lol

cheers thanks, major leep forward to day it swaped chassis

first time this has been off since 1965




I had to cut a bit more body work out to get the G50 in



but shes in







now the real work can start woo hoo
