Zach is the man with a stitch.... but I could easily recommend this place for a nice interior. I saved 100's over what TMI wanted and got exactly what I needed and everything fit. They are out of the UK (kinda) but the covers ship from Vietnam. I know, I know, but I'm telling you that everything went well and it all fit great. Very professional. I have 67 front seats in a 70 vert and the 70 vert has some one year only issues as well. They were very meticulous and got everything right. I thought for sure it would get ugly some how.... but all was well. I would easily recommend them. My entire kit with door panels was $430 shipped to my front door (CA) and there are lots of colors to choose from.

Worm, I dig your interior... and I liked even more when you were telling us the cost, back when you put it in. Good job! Being on a tight budget, some of us can totally appreciate stuff like that.

Another thought on just redoing the panels- you'll have to check with your upholstery guy, but finding the same materials may prove difficult. Those things have a very short production life.

This is one of my favorite color combinations for a car, Pearl White with a red interior.

Zach ..What do you mean " Listing" is that the seam across the back and the seat..?
The seams that run side to side and pull the material down, giving it more depth.

Going to have them do a back

soon to match the seats. No speakers, just the board.

I've got a parcel shelf in my bug to match the seats and I hid the speakers under the perforated vinyl, so they're not visible form outside the car. I haven't got a stereo at the moment though...

Ted,
Although I'm not a fan of large, dash mounted tachs, my hat's off to you for a super clean mount that doesn't affect/destroy the original padded dash.
Excellent execution.

Thanks Tom, I don't like to cut up anything on a VW, I want to be able to put things back as they were. But that mount, I did one part of it and Mark V. at Bergs help me finish it a few years back. It's one of a kind. But like the other post I partly agree, that is if it's done tastefully but functionally, it's ok. And if you have a real motor to USE it. If you have a stock or small motor, WHY? Then it's a waste. But I've seen some with some crazy brackets that just does not go. Saying it nicely.
