Got it buttoned up yesterday around 4:30p... everything is working nicely thus far, but man that was alot of work!! It was snowing today so I didnt get any pictures Sad but Ill be sure to post them soon.... It doesnt look narrowed, it just looks normal! That was alot of work for "normal", but in my mind it was well worth the effort. Now the tires sit just inside the fenders, much like the front Smiley

cool

Just giving you a good ribbing Richard! All in good fun Wink

I snapped this right after filling up, and right before heading down to Phoenix for the Copperstate show Saturday afternoon. The rear tires tuck nicely under the fenders now, and I am very happy about that!! Smiley Only issue now is that the rear torsion bars must be re set, because the feder gap increased a whole bunch!!  Roll Eyes

Look at what I found when I got out of work last night! Good thing the GTV sports a good working heater, but the drive was still pretty hairy!  Shocked

Im really diggin how my car looks with the EMPI bumper guards Smiley The VWOA ones look like fence posts compared to these! And you can also see my newly aquired rear fender gap due to the narrowed trailing arms Undecided At least the tires are where they should be, I can't see them when I look in my side mirror anymore!! Smiley

And yes, the car is filthy dirty! Havent had a chance to clean it up since driving it in the snow a couple weeks ago Roll Eyes

A new(er) pair of Michelin XZX 165's... Current plan is to have the rear wheels widened 1/2" toward the inside, and buck up for 185/70 XWX's... someday.
