my old friend Bryan Wenzel, former Aufklarung club member, ran VDO series 1 gauges, simple black face with white digits and chrome bezels. I think he ran oil temp, pressure and matching 10,000 tach. Looked at home in his '65 sedan.

I running the same Series 1s in my 67 too. I'm running oil temp. oil pressure, cylinder head temp, along with a VDO 8,000 rpm tach and 150 mph speedometer. I bought them when I was in Aufklarung about the same time Byran bought his.

John, do you have any pics of this? I'm going for some Series 1 gauges as well!
In a bit that is...

Here are my 12 year old Series 1s, VDO 333 906 tach, 150 MPH speedo, 17 year old Berg shifter and real Empi rosewood wheel on 40 year old original paint. I apologize for the blurry pics, my camera really sucks.
