Twin plug heads should be available from Revmaster and I do believe they have pictures on their homepage. You have to use twin plug engines on all aircrafts where one is working as a spare in case of problems.

That's a mad bit of kit! I like the look of the car too, nice and clean. Prefer the wheels without the caps though!

There was one drag car, ''Red Sled'' which I absolutely loved. also were some nice streeters back then too with s/steel or aluminium dashes. very cool indeed!! might just be a lil messy with twice the plug leads.
Spent a lot of time on them and I like the look so far.A friend of mine is a Porsche specialist and he came up with the lead design and fittings. BeetleJuice Where can i buy a Oiladditiontank like them on the last Picture??? I love it!!! And your Car is very nice... The extended sump is Stan Pobjoy's anti-surg sump originally designed for Hillclimb here is Australia some decades ago. And IT WORKS! www.stanpobjoy.com.au

Thanks.The plugs are NGK. Nothing special, over the counter stuff.

Getting close with the leads. Waiting on some straight ends for the coil packs. I couldn't get them here in Australia from a couple of suppliers so I had to order from JEGS.

Been cruisin over the weekend getting the K's up. Taking it easy with the revs , but I live on the Great Dividing Range so there is plenty of climbs to bed in the rings! Have to change my single springs for doubles shortly.

Did Pobjoy build your engine? I have an interesting article in an Aussie VW mag from the early 90's interviewing Pobjoy where he swears blind and attempts to prove that you can't get any more power out of a VW flat four by stroking it! He claims that he gets exactly the same power out of a 1914 as a 2332. I guess his views must have changed in the last couple of decades! Superb build dude! I look forward to your next update

I'm not familar with that particular article...however I know Stan likes the "1916"! Having said that, he's built some different size and types of engines.
Stan's involvement was all the maching and the twin plug dizzy. Peter Richards actually built the motor.
From what I've been reading, Stan and JPM have similar views!??
