Hi guys,

My heads have a cc of 52, I would like to flycut them for lower cc and hence higher the compression ratio (think I got that the right way!)
How do I know how deep to cut for each cc?

Determine the CC's you would like to have an fill the head with that amount of water and you know how far to go.

Depending on the shape of the combustion chamber, it IS possible to calculate the amount of cut needed beforehand ...
I've done it many times.
The problem with water is working around and estimating for the deviance in measurement considering the meniscus.
