Is the aronson replica now in scottland Huh Huh

Is that the one that Scott Bakken built?

Glad I got to see it the one and only time I attended the Classic back in 2002. Always loved that car.

You probably saw it in Phoenix, too...

That's true!  2004... And in hindsight, I saw it in Super Gas trim in Sacramento a couple years ago, too... the first impression at the 2002 Classic was the best one, though, loved the detail.

You probably saw it in Phoenix, too...

I kinda expected it to wheelie immediately, but I left the line a little soft and it was only when it came on the cam that the wheels came up. The next pass, I blew the tyres away instead. Somewhere between the two launch rpms lies the 'g-spot'! Cheesy

Looks like you found the "G" spot in Deans picture on the other thread!!

Very cool photo, Fabs!

I don't have any of me doing the wheelie (for obvious reasons!) so it's great to see!

And Shin – he was further down the track than Deano. Deano's photo is awesome, though! Cool

Hi Jo!

Thanks for posting the vid! What you don't see in the vid is that my carb-linkage came off in 4th gear... Embarrassed

Fortunately I stopped racing due to a ticking noise, you can hear it while staging. I took the engine apart last week, a valve slightly hit a piston. That's what happens if you show up at the track without testing before... Roll Eyes

Saludos,
Ole

This was Deano's.

Both are kick-ass shots. I really like Fab's with Inch Pincher in the other lane. Too freakin' cool, guys!
